FAQ

  • Absolutely not. You don’t have to set weight loss goals at all. This space is about health, confidence, and well-being—on your terms. If weight loss is part of your goal, that’s fine. If it’s not, that’s fine too. This is about you.

  • I don’t believe in convincing anyone to sign up for coaching. If this is the right time for you, you’ll know. If you’re unsure, let’s talk. I’m happy to help you figure out whether coaching is a fit—or whether something else would serve you better right now.

  • That’s fine. You don’t lose your sessions. I work with grown-ups who know when they need time off. If you buy a 6-week group package but need to spread it over 8 weeks, no problem. Use the sessions when they work for you.

  • Most coaching assumes you need to fit into a method. My approach is different. You lead. I support. We build something that works for you—without rigid structures or shame-based accountability.
